The Tennessean has recognized 70 Companies and Organizations in Tennessee as Top Workplaces 2016. Top Workplaces are not only better places to work but are more likely to be successful than peer organizations.
I am delighted to let you know that Workforce Essentials has been named to the list!
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from an employee survey that many of you completed several months ago. Kim Robertson began working with Workplace Dynamics LLC, an independent research company, in mid February as they started the third party survey process.
The Top Workplaces evaluation is completed on the basis of a 22 question employee survey. The surveys can be taken online or on paper, and can be completed in five minutes. Any organization with more than 35 employees in the Middle Tennessee region is eligible to participate in the program. We had 113 responses to the survey with an 83% response rate, so thank you all for taking the time to respond.
